login.microsoftonline.com:443 연결 실패: 시간 초과 연결

Cause

DPA 애플리케이션 서버에 인터넷에 액세스할 수 없습니다.

서버의 브라우저를 사용하여 웹 사이트 https://login.microsoftonline.com 액세스하여 확인합니다.
또는
"curl -I https://login.microsoftonline.com"와 같은 명령을 사용합니다.
반환된 첫 번째 예는 HTTP/1.1 200 OK여야 합니다.

이 경우 명령이 "curl: (7) https://login.microsoftonline.com 포트에 연결하지 못함 443: 연결 시간 초과"
