Symptoms

DPA UIで新しいSharePoint構成を保存すると、次のエラーが発生します。



エラー0DPAアプリケーション サーバー上のserver.logで、次のエラーが表示されます。2022-07-04 05:23:37,558 ERROR [com.emc.dpa.command.serversettings.SharePointSettingsCommandsCommandsShare] (Thread-278) Failed to connect to https://mysites.sharepoint.com/sites/DPA_Reports :

接続に失敗 login.microsoftonline.com:443:接続がタイムアウトしました

Cause

DPAアプリケーション サーバーはインターネットにアクセスできません。

サーバー上のブラウザーを使用してWebサイトの https://login.microsoftonline.com にアクセスして確認します。
または
、「curl -I https://login.microsoftonline.com」などのコマンドを使用します。
最初に返されるのと同様に、HTTP/1.1 200 OKである必要があります。

この場合、コマンドは「curl: (7)https://login.microsoftonline.com ポート443への接続に失敗しました。接続がタイムアウトしました」

Resolution

インターネット アクセスを使用してDPAアプリケーション サーバーを構成します。
