Cause

EEM vApp UI에서 NTP IP를 추가하려고 합니다.

이 오류는 일반적으로 vApp 서버에서 NTP IP를 ping할 수 없을 때 발생합니다. nethost addition에서도 동일한 오류가 표시 될 수 있습니다.

Resolution

NTP IP에 ping을 시도합니다. ping이 예상대로 실패합니다.

이는 네트워크 문제입니다. 네트워크 팀에 문의하여 방화벽이 EEM vApp과 NTP 간의 연결을 허용하는지 확인합니다. vApp 측에서 NTP IP를 ping할 수 있게 되면 NTP IP를 성공적으로 추가할 수 있습니다.
