Latitude 7330, 7430, 7530 또는 9430 노트북의 컴퓨터 스킨 온도는 화상 회의 애플리케이션을 실행할 때 상대적으로 뜨거울 수 있습니다.

Cause

화상 회의 통화를 실행할 때는 CPU 전원이 약간 높습니다.

Resolution

  1. Intel-Dynamic-Tuning-Driver를 다운로드하고 9.0.10900.26658 이상으로 업데이트합니다.
  2. Intel-Innovation-Platform-Framework-Driver를 다운로드하고 1.0.10900.26658 이상으로 업데이트합니다.
  3. 다음 BIOS 버전을 다운로드합니다.
    • Latitude 7x30의 경우 BIOS를 1.9.3 이상으로 업데이트합니다.
    • Latitude 9430의 경우 BIOS를 1.9.1 이상으로 업데이트합니다.
