Symptoms

Autorisasjonsfeil" ved testing av tilgang til et sftp-sikkerhetskopilager:

Cause

  1. Passordet er feil.
  2. Passordgodkjenning på målserveren er deaktivert (bare utfordringsrespons er aktivert) - Cloudlink bruker passordgodkjenning for sftp-backuplagring, men utfordrer ikke respons.

Resolution

Hvis det ikke er feil passordtilfelle, sjekk filen /etc/ssh/sshd_config på målserveren, finn "PasswordAuthentication" -innstillingen.
Hvis PasswordAuthentication er satt til "nei", bytt til "yes", og start deretter ssh-tjenesten på nytt.
For eksempel: "SystemCTL restart sshd.service".
