Symptoms

NetWorker Yönetim Konsolu (NMC) kullanıcı arabirimi (UI) başlatılırken hata: 
An error occured while validating user credentials. Verify that the NetWorker Authentication service is running

Kimlik doğrulama hizmeti çalışıyor.

NMC sunucu paketi, NetWorker sunucusundan ayrı olarak kendi bağımsız sistemi üzerine kurulur.

NMC sunucu yapılandırma dosyası gstd.conf , doğru kimlik doğrulama sunucusuna yol gösterir:
  • Linux: /opt/lgtonmc/etc/gstd.conf
  • Windows: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\etc\gstd.conf
  • Ping ve nslookup doğru ana bilgisayar adlarını ve IP adreslerini geri verir
 

Cause

Başlatılamama hatası, NMC Başlatıcısı penceresindeki bir hata nedeniyle oldu. "CONNECT to NMC server, enter NMC server or IP address" (NMC sunucusuna bağlan, NMC sunucusuna veya IP adresine gir) bölümünde NMC sunucusu yerine NetWorker sunucusunun ana bilgisayar adı seçilmiştir.

Resolution

NetWorker Runtime Environment (NRE) başlatıcısı penceresine NMC sunucu ana bilgisayar adı girin.

Bu alana bir ana bilgisayar girmek, ana bilgisayarı NRE ana bilgisayar listeleri dosyasına depolar. Bu işlem, C:\Program Files\NRE\config\hostlists dosyasının yeniden adı değiştirilerek veya silinerek temizlenir.
