Symptoms

vProxy 어플라이언스는 네트워크 매개변수를 구축하지만 적용되지 않습니다.

ifconfig를 사용하여 네트워크 설정을 수동으로 적용한 후 vProxy가 등록되지만 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다. 
Unable to find identity (MORef) of vProxy's virtual machine: Unable to determine network interface.
vProxy 어플라이언스를 재부팅하면 네트워크 매개변수가 다시 지워지게됩니다.

Cause

중복 IP 주소가 있습니다. 다른 디바이스에 vProxy 어플라이언스와 동일한 주소가 할당되었습니다.

Resolution

  1. vProxy 어플라이언스에서 아래 명령을 통해 wickedd 서비스의 상태를 확인합니다. Wickedd는 vProxy 어플라이언스에 사용되는 네트워크 관리 서비스입니다. 
참고: SSH를 통해 vProxy에 액세스할 수 없는 경우 VMware 웹 클라이언트를 사용하여 vProxy에 콘솔을 연결합니다.
  
systemctl status wickedd

전체 메시지를 보려면 다음 wickedd 명령을 사용합니다. 
systemctl -l status wickedd
(소문자 L)

MAC 주소를 기록하고 네트워크 관리자와 협력하여 중복 IP를 찾고 vProxy에 다른 IP 주소를 확인하거나 할당합니다.
  1. 네트워킹 환경에서 중복 IP 주소 문제를 해결합니다.
  2. 다음을 사용하여 vProxy의 네트워크 매개변수를 재구성합니다.
/opt/emc/vproxy/bin/network_config.sh
