Cause

Oracle 已升級/修補，且設定為執行備份的作業系統使用者沒有開啟下列 Oracle 用戶端程式庫的許可權

PPDM 必須能夠開啟先前的 Oracle 用戶端程式庫，才能連線至 Oracle 資料庫。

Resolution

變更 Oracle 用戶端程式庫的許可權，使 Oracle 使用者擁有開啟許可權並聯機至 Oracle 資料庫。
 
範例： 
chmod 755 *clnt*
