Cause

提醒：如果缺少任何 DIMM 或系统事件日志 （SEL） 中显示“不可纠正”事件，则必须更换 DIMM。

Resolution

收集上述命令的输出，并打开一个服务请求（引用 KB 215723以查看要更换的服务器 DIMM。


如果已成功更换 DIMM，则 xDoctor 版本 4.8.92.0 或更高版本需要清除受影响节点上的 SEL。它会停止对此日志条目发出进一步的警报。


示例 — 清除系统事件日志 （SEL）：

查询 iDRAC 以获取系统事件日志，并确认输出中存在错误。 

请记住，在清除 SEL 之前，检查是否存在需要解决的任何其他错误。此外，将日志保存到 /var/log/hardware 如所述 KB 49569。

在此示例中，192.168.219.101对应于节点 1 的 iDRAC IP：
