Symptoms

버전 19.14로의 CR(Cyber Recovery) 소프트웨어 업데이트가 완료되면 업그레이드가 성공했음을 나타내는 메시지가 표시됩니다.

23.09.05 13_07_36: Cyber Recovery has been successfully upgraded from 19.8.0.2-156 to 19.14.0.2-16...

그러나 Cyber Recovery UI에 로그인하려고 하면 내부 서버 오류가 나타납니다.

Cyber Recovery CLI에서 다음 명령을 실행하면 Mongo 및 기타 컨테이너가 종료되었음을 알 수 있습니다.

Cause

일례로, Cyber Recovery 소프트웨어 업데이트 전에 Cyber Recovery 보안 패치가 적용되지 않았습니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 다음을 수행합니다.

  1. 업그레이드하기 전에 최신 Cyber Recovery 백업을 사용할 수 있는지 확인합니다. 외부 위치에 복사합니다. 최신 백업은 다음 위치에 있습니다.
/opt/dellemc/cr-configs or /var/lib/dellemc/cr-configs
  1. 다음 명령을 실행하여 CR 서비스를 중지합니다.
crsetup.sh --stop
  1. 다음 명령을 실행하여 보안 패치를 적용합니다.
./cyber-recovery-osupdate-<current release>.bin
  1. 다음 명령을 실행하여 Cyber Recovery Server를 재부팅합니다.
reboot
  1. Cyber Recovery UI에 액세스할 수 있는지 확인하십시오.
