Symptoms

ポリシーにVMを追加しようとすると、PowerProtect Data ManagerはVMで LWDを有効にしようとします。このタスクは、次のエラーで失敗します。
  
Enable LWD-based data protection Virtual machine  VM01 Cannot complete the operation. See the event log for details. Data protection operation is not allowed while a migration is in progress com.vmware.dp

VMが移行されていません。DRSが無効になっています。

Cause

vSphereで不明な状態が発生したため、この障害が発生していました。この問題が発生する前は、vCenter Serverが応答しませんでした。vCenterが応答しなくなったときにVMが移行されていた可能性があります。

Resolution

次の手順で問題が解決されました。

1.vSphere UIから、VM
2をシャットダウンします。vCenterインベントリからVMを削除します。
3.vCenter ServerにVMを再登録します(データストアを参照し、再登録するVM vmxファイルを見つけます)。
