Symptoms

VM FLR(File Level Recovery)을 수행할 때 '마운트 디스크' 단계에서 복구가 중단됩니다.

마운트 UI에 다음과 같은 메시지가 표시됩니다. "가상 디스크 마운트"와 마운트가 이 상태에서 응답을 중지합니다.

Cause

소스 VM에 마운트 지점이 있습니다.

Resolution

마운트 지점이 있는 VM의 파일 레벨 복구는 지원되지 않습니다. 해결 방법으로 인스턴트 액세스 복원을 수행합니다.
