Cause

O plug-in do vSAN está ausente no local do caminho: 
/usr/lib/vmware-vpx/vsan-health/ui-plugins/ 
Quando o vCenter Server é reinicializado, ele carrega o plug-in do vSAN a partir da seguinte pasta:  
/etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/
Ele extrai o pacote html5 do vSAN para: 
 /etc/vmware/vsphere-ui/vc-packages/vsphere-client-serenity/





Resolution

Para resolver esse problema: 

Copie o plug-in do vSAN de outro vCenter Server com o mesmo número de build. Se um número de build diferente do vCenter for usado, isso fará com que o plug-in do vSAN falhe no carregamento.

Como alternativa, implemente um vCenter temporário no ambiente do cliente e extraia o plug-in dessa VM.
