Symptoms
在某些 Latitude 笔记本电脑上禁用了 UEFI CA BIOS 设置。
自 2023 年 12 月起，戴尔发运的所有第 14 代 Latitude 笔记本电脑（7x40、5x40、3x40）以及 Latitude 5330（例外情况）在启用博锐技术的配置中禁用该设置。Latitude 5350 也会受到影响。
Cause
安全核心 PC 级别 3 （SCPC） 的 Microsoft 发货要求。
