Symptoms

Latitude 또는 Precision 노트북의 터치패드가 비정상적으로 작동하거나 아무도 접촉하지 않으면 활성화될 수 있습니다. 마우스 커서는 Windows 운영 체제에서 화면에서 자체적으로 움직입니다. 이 문제는 팜레스트의 전원 버튼으로 노트북을 시작한 후 LCD 덮개를 닫을 때 발생합니다.

Cause

조사 결과 터치패드에서 비활성화 신호가 활성화되지 않아 덮개를 닫은 후에도 터치패드가 활성화 상태로 유지된다는 결론을 내렸습니다.

Resolution
