Symptoms

Latitude 或 Precision 筆記型電腦上的觸控板可能會運作不正常，或在無人觸及時啟動。在 Windows 作業系統中，滑鼠游標會在螢幕上自行移動。當筆記型電腦透過手掌墊上的電源按鈕啟動後，LCD 上蓋闔上時，就會發生此問題。

Cause

Resolution
