Connectrix MDS: Erro "Falha: Salve o status: O item solicitado não foi encontrado"

O método de transporte de licenças é desativado sem nenhum recurso de licença ativado no switch ao gerar o relatório de uso da licença (RUM).

switch(config)# license smart transport off

Para switches enviados com a versão 9.2(2) ou posterior, os dados de uso da licença podem não ser gerados. A solicitação do comando "license smart save usage" quando não há uso no switch resulta na mensagem de falha.

Solução alternativa:
Habilite o recurso de licença no switch para contornar a mensagem de falha. Isso torna o switch fora de conformidade do ponto de vista do CSSM, já que a licença nunca foi adquirida para esse switch.

Habilite um recurso primeiro, por exemplo, para a licença Enterprise:

switch# config
switch(config)# feature ivr

Se o comando show license usage mostrar a contagem de "ENTERPRISE_PKG" na lista, vá para gerar o relatório RUM.

Se o comando show license usage não mostrar nenhum uso de licença, use outro recurso de licença para a contagem de uso de licença e, em seguida, gere um relatório RUM.

Aqui está um exemplo de uso do recurso port-security para habilitar e gerar um relatório RUM, pois não há uso de licença visto quando o recurso IVR está ativado.
