PowerStore: Node reboot with empty NVMe Enclosure attached

Symptoms
On an appliance with an empty NVMe enclosure an intermittent reboot of either Node can occur.
Cause
Excessive polling of the empty enclosure can lead to a Node reboot.
Resolution
This is addressed in PowerStoreOS v4.1.0.0.
To avoid this issue, do not attach an empty NVMe enclosure to an appliance.
If there is an empty enclosure attached, add a drive to it.
