Symptoms

  • Das VM-Backupsitzungsprotokoll zeigt Folgendes an:

YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS ERROR:  ddpg_close_file (1547): Closing file with fd=FILE_HANDLE# failed, error=5029
  • vProxy wurde auf 4.3.0-54 oder höher aktualisiert.
  • Data Domain OS ist 7.X

Cause

Dieses Problem wurde gegenüber NetWorker und Data Domain Engineering gemeldet. Es liegt ein Fehler in der DDBOOST-Bibliothek 7.13.0.0-1072298 vor.

Resolution

Eine Data Domain-Codekorrektur wird in Data Domain OS 8.0.0 erwartet.
Eine vProxy-Codekorrektur wird für 4.4.0-2 erwartet, die zusammen mit NetWorker 19.11 veröffentlicht wird.
19.11 wird voraussichtlich bis Ende Juli 2024

veröffentlicht. Upgrade des Data Domain-Betriebssystems auf 8.0.0 und der vProxy-Appliances auf 4.4.0-2  

Problemumgehung: 

Ersetzen Sie die vProxies durch 4.3.0-47 vProxies. 4.3.0-47 verwendet die DDBOOST-Bibliothek 7.12.0.0-1052569 und dieses Problem tritt in dieser Version nicht auf.
