Connectrix: Brocade: Chassis switch is not responding to Data request

Symptoms
Chassis shows the below error:
The IO Module in Slot C1 is not responding to data requests due to communication error.
The IO Module in Slot C1 is not responding to data requests due to communication error.
Cause
Caused while due to lose connectivity between chassis pins and Switch module due to physical activity on the chassis.
Resolution
Scheduled a maintenance window and re-seat the affected Switch in the chassis.
NOTE: Verify that multipathing of servers is working fine so that the path can be failed over to redundant switch in the same chassis.
