링크가 없고 LED가 꺼진 스위치 포트 장애 스위치가 부팅 루프에 갇히는 경우가 있습니다. 다음은 장애가 발생한 장치에 기록된 오류입니다.

근본 원인

PHY 성능 저하(SPI 인터페이스 장애)로 인해 SPI 플래시에서 읽기 장애가 발생합니다. 현장에서 약 1.5년이 지난 후에는 SPI 플래시에서 PHY 펌웨어 프로그래밍을 읽을 수 없습니다.
 

해석

OS6 펌웨어 버전을 6.6.3.15 또는 6.7.1.1 이상으로 업데이트하여 문제를 해결하십시오.
