NetWorker: Upgrade von NMC auf 19.10+ auf Windows Server schlägt fehl

• Die Installation schlägt fehl und führt ein Rollback durch, wenn das NetWorker Management Console (NMC)-Paket zur Installation ausgewählt ist.
  • Das.. \EMC NetWorker\Management\GST\logs\gstdbinit.log berichtet:

• Das NMC-Paket wurde erfolgreich installiert, aber der NMC-Serverprozess (gstd) kann nicht gestartet werden. Fehler protokolliert in .. \EMC NetWorker\GST\logs\gstd.raw geben an, dass das Postgres-Modul nicht geladen werden konnte.

Auf dem Windows-Server fehlt das Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022-Paket. Das Paket ist nicht aufgeführt unter:

Systemsteuerung –>Programme –> Programme und Funktionen

1. Installieren Sie X64 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributable auf dem Windows-Host. Das Paket erhalten Sie bei:

Nach der Installation sollte das Paket unter Systemsteuerung -> Programme -> Programme und Funktionen aufgeführt werden:

2. Installieren Sie NetWorker- und NMC-Pakete.

3. Überprüfen Sie, ob der NMC-Server über das NMC-Startprogramm zugänglich ist.
