NetWorker: L'aggiornamento di NMC alla versione 19.10+ su Windows Server non riesce

• L'installazione non riesce e viene eseguito il rollback quando si seleziona per l'installazione il pacchetto NetWorker Management Console (NMC).

• Il pacchetto NMC è stato installato correttamente, ma il processo del server NMC (gstd) non si avvia. Errori registrati nel file .. \EMC NetWorker\GST\logs\gstd.raw indica che non è stato possibile caricare il modulo Postgres.

1. Installare X64 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022 Redistributable sull host Windows. Il pacchetto può essere ottenuto da:

Una volta installato, il pacchetto dovrebbe essere elencato in Pannello di controllo -> Programmi -> Programmi e funzionalità:

2. Installare i pacchetti NetWorker e NMC.

3. Verificare che il server NMC sia accessibile dal launcher di NMC.
