NetWorker：Windows ServerでNMCを19.10+にアップグレードできない

• NMC(NetWorker管理コンソールのインストール)パッケージをインストール用に選択すると、インストールが失敗し、ロールバックします。

• NMCパッケージは正常にインストールされましたが、NMCサーバー プロセス(gstd)の開始に失敗します。..に記録されたエラー\EMC NetWorker\GST\logs\gstd.rawは、Postgresモジュールをロードできなかったことを示します。

Windows ServerにMicrosoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022パッケージがありません。パッケージが次のリストにありません:

[コントロール パネル]-[>プログラム]-[>プログラムと機能]

1.Windowsホストにx64 Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 - 2022再頒布可能パッケージをインストールします。パッケージは次から入手できます。

インストールが完了すると、パッケージは[コントロールパネル]-[> プログラム]-> [プログラムと機能]の下に表示されます。

2.NetWorkerおよびNMCパッケージをインストールします。

3.NMCランチャーからNMCサーバーにアクセスできることを確認します。
