Ubuntu(24.04)의 Bluetooth 설정에 디바이스가 표시되지 않음

 

다음 데스크탑 플랫폼 중 하나를 소유하고 있고 Ubuntu(24.04) 운영 체제를 실행하는 경우 Bluetooth 스캔에 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.

데스크탑의 제어 센터에서 Bluetooth가 비활성화된 경우 장치가 감지되지 않으며 활성화해도 변경되지 않습니다.

Cause

Gnome 제어 센터에서 스위치를 사용하여 Bluetooth를 끄면 Ubuntu에서 검사를 비활성화합니다. 그러나 제어 센터에서 Bluetooth를 다시 켜면 스캔이 활성화되지 않고 Bluetooth 컨트롤러의 차단만 해제됩니다.

Resolution

참고: 운영 체제를 변경하거나 소프트웨어를 업데이트하려면 데스크탑에 대한 관리자 권한이 있어야 합니다.

Ubuntu는 온라인 업데이트를 통해 수정 사항을 릴리스하여 이 문제를 해결해야 합니다. (현재 예상 시기는 2025년 7월입니다. 그러나 Ubuntu는 타사이며 Dell Technologies는 해당 날짜를 보장할 수 없습니다.)

  1. 설정에서 Bluetooth 탭으로 이동하여 Bluetooth를 켭니다.
