에이전트가 NullReferenceException에 서버에 등록하지 못함

최종 사용자는 Advanced Threat Prevention이 활성화되지 않고 다음 아래의 DellAgent 로그 파일을 확인한다는 것을 알 수 있습니다.

다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.

이 명령을 실행하여 WMI 리포지토리를 확인합니다.

winmgmt /verifyrepository

일관성이 없는 것으로 확인되면 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

winmgmt /salvagerepository

시스템 트레이에서 Dell Data Security 아이콘 을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 정책 업데이트 확인(Check for Policy Updates)을 선택하면 에이전트가 등록되고 몇 분 후에 Advanced Threat Prevention 이 녹색으로 표시됩니다.
