For NetWorker, there are two ways to get the software Serial ID (SWID).

For NetWorker, there are two ways to get the software Serial ID (SWID).
1) How to get SWID in NMC:
- In the NetWorker Management Console: NMC -> Server -> Server Properties -> Licensing -> CLP SWID
2) How to get SWID in the License file:
- On Linux Server: /nsr/lic/dpa.lic
- On Windows Server: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lic\dpa.lic
- On NMC: NMC -> Server -> Server Properties -> Licensing -> CLP license text
Using a text editor such as Notepad, open your NetWorker license file and search for SWID or SoftwareId
