現象

AppSyncサーバーのログには、次のように表示されます。

コマンドを手動で実行すると、デバイスが存在する場合でも、返されるデバイスは存在しません。

[root@SourceHost logs]# /sbin/ip addr show dev vethxxxd@if256
Device "vethxxxd@if256" does not exist.

 

原因

Red Hat IP linkコマンドが複数のネットワーク デバイスを返していました。これらの最初のコマンドは有効ではなく、その結果、次のコマンドを実行するとエージェントの応答が停止しました。

 

解決方法

ホスト管理者に連絡して、無効なネットワーク デバイスを削除します。
