現象

PPDM内で、Microsoft SQL Server資産の検出を実行しようとすると、次のエラーで検出が失敗することがあります。 
ADA0002: Unable to discover ASSETS on host  because of an agent issue.
Unable to perform applications discovery because agent failed to create the discovery session.
または 
ASDS0018: Discovery of Assets failed on the host  for AddOn MICROSOFT_SQL_DATABASE_SYSTEM.

DPSApps\AgentService\logs\OpAgentSvc*ログに、次のエラーが記録されます。 
ErrCode: -2147467259, Error: SSL Provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.
 
 
SQL Serverのシステム イベント ログで、次のエラーのうち1つ以上がログに記録される場合があります。

原因

SQL Server Configuration ManagerのSQLネイティブ クライアント構成で「強制プロトコル暗号化」が有効になっているため、この障害が発生します。

解決方法

この問題を解決するには、次の手順に従います。

  1. SQL Server Configuration Managerを開きます。
  2. SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration を右クリックし、プロパティを選択します。
  3. Force Protocol Encryption の値を No に設定し、 OK を選択します。
  4. SQLネイティブ クライアント11.0構成(32ビット)構成に対して同じ手順を実行する
  5. SQL Serverの再起動
  6. SQL Serverが起動して実行されたら、PPDM UIから Discovery を実行します。

検出を機能させるには、エージェントの登録解除またはアンインストールと再インストールが必要になる場合があります。
