If you need further assistance, our Virtual Assistant will guide you to submit a request, and a Customer Care agent will contact you to help resolve your issue.

- Simply select an order and click "Get Help" from the "More" drop-down menu.

- Based on the selected topic, we provide a series of support options. If you need additional support, please call a Customer Care agent for assistance. Alternatively, you can directly submit a request. Complete the required fields and submit the form. Once submitted, a Customer Care agent will promptly contact you.

Global Portal (Global Procurement)
If you have a Global Portal page, you can track your order and receive assistance anytime.
- Access the Order Status page from your Global Portal home page
- Locate your order in the order status list and click the order number

- Explore the post-order options available in the "Actions" section. Select 'Contact Customer Support' if you need further assistance.

- Select the issue type from the list provided.

- Based on the selected topic, we will provide a series of support options. If you need additional support, please call a Customer Care agent for assistance. Alternatively, you can directly submit a request. Complete the required fields and submit the form. Once submitted, a Customer Care agent will promptly contact you.
No Dell Premier Account: See how to get post-order support
If you do not have a Premier account, go to www.dell.com/orders and enter an order number or Dell Purchase ID. You can also sign up using the email address or phone number you used for your purchase. You will be able to access your 'Orders' page to view the best support options and connect with our Customer Care agents if you need assistance with an order.
