Removing the M.2 2230 solid-state drive
The following image indicates the location of the solid-state drive and provides a visual representation of the removal procedure.
- Peel the mylar tape that secures the heat sink to the system board.
- Remove the screw (M2x2.5) that secures the solid-state drive bracket to the system board.
- Slide and remove the solid-state drive bracket off the solid-state drive on the system board.
- Slide and remove the solid-state drive off the solid-state drive slot on the system board.
