Procedure

  1. Open the latch and disconnect the fingerprint-reader board cable from the fingerprint-reader board.
  2. Peel the power-button board cable from the palm-rest assembly.
  3. Remove the two screws (M2x3) that secure the power-button board to the palm-rest assembly.
