Installing the bottom cover
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
The following images indicate the location of the bottom cover and provides a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Align the tabs on the bottom cover with the slots on the chassis.
- Rotate the bottom cover towards the chassis until it snaps into place.
Next steps
- Install the front bezel.
- Install the 2.5-inch hard-drive cages.
- Install the right-side cover.
- Install the top cover.
- Install the left-side cover.
