Prerequisites for deploying CyberSense

The prerequisites for deploying CyberSense on AWS include the following.

Ensure that you have:

  • Requested access from Dell Technologies to the Amazon Machine Image (AMI), which is required to deploy the CyberSense software on AWS. See Acquiring the CloudFormation template and AMI.
  • Obtained a CyberSense license.
  • Deployed the Cyber Recovery solution on AWS.
  • Access to the required key pairs that you created to deploy the Cyber Recovery solution on AWS. See Preparing your environment.
  • Created an IAM instance profile. For more information, see Using instance profiles.
  • For additional information, accessed the Index Engines Cloud Storage Guide available at Dell Online Support.
