Cyber Recovery on AWS limitations and unsupported features

Before you deploy the Cyber Recovery solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS), review the following limitations and unsupported features.

Note the following:

  • The maximum number of supported policies is 32.
  • To receive email alerts from the Cyber Recovery software, Amazon Simple Email Services (SES) is the only option to manage email operations. The results of using SES are displayed in the following locations using:
    • The Alerts and Events page in the Cyber Recovery UI
    • The notification.log file on the Cyber Recovery management host
    • The AWS Management Console, if traffic logging is enabled
  • Sheltered Harbor deployments are not supported.
