Update the PPCR Security Group endpoint

1. In the VPC console, click Endpoints.
2. Select the newly created SES endpoint.
3. Go to the Subnets tab and see the IPv4 addresses column.
   This column provides the IP address of your endpoint interface, which will be used to update the Security Group.
4. Select Security Groups.
5. Select the PPCR Mgmt Host SG.
6. Select the Outbound rules tab.
7. Select Edit outbound rules.
8. Click Add rule.
9. Select either the SMTP type or Custom TCP and populate the Port range field.
10. Add the destination IP address of the endpoint noted in step 3. Optionally, add a description.
11. Click Save rules.
