Allow the Upgrade job to run
After an upgrade, an important job titled Upgrade that upgrades on-disk data structures, might continue to run for a while. The Upgrade job must be allowed to run to completion.
Although the cluster remains accessible while the Upgrade job is running, the job might temporarily decrease the cluster's performance.
