Installing the audio board
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
The following image indicates the location of the audio board and provides a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Align and replace the audio board into its slot in the computer.
- Replace the two (M2x2.5) screws to secure the audio board to the computer.
- Connect the audio board FFC to the system board.
- Adhere the tweeter cable to the audio board FFC and connect it to the audio board.

- Remove the heatsink assembly.
- Install the battery.
- Install the base cover.
