Installing the solid-state drive
Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
About this task
The following image indicates the location of the solid-state drive and provides a visual representation of the installation procedure.
Steps
- Align the notch on the SSD with the tab on the M.2 slot and slide the SSD into the M.2 card slot on the system board.
- Replace the SSD shield, press to fit it firmly to cover the SSD, securing it with two (M2x2) screws.

- Install the base cover.
- Install the microSD card.
