Removing the RAID controller battery
- Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
- Remove the side cover.

To remove the RAID controller battery:
- Disconnect the RAID controller battery cable from the RAID controller card.
- Push the securing tab out to release the RAID controller battery.
- Lift and remove the RAID controller battery.
