Two hot-swappable storage controllers with one mezzanine card and three I/O card slots per storage controller. Each storage controller has an internal battery backup unit. Write cache is mirrored between the two storage controllers. If a power failure occurs, the battery backup unit provides power to the storage controller so that the write cache can be saved to an SSD within the storage controller. |
