Change the Operation Mode of a Storage Center
Change the operation mode of a Storage Center before performing maintenance or installing software updates so that you can isolate alerts from those events.
About this task
NOTE: Do not change the mode of the Storage Center from Pre-production mode until setup and testing is complete.
Steps
- In the Summary tab, click Edit Settings. The Edit Settings dialog box opens.
- Click the General tab.
- In the Operation Mode field select Maintenance. Selecting Maintenance isolates alerts from those that would occur during normal operation.
- Click OK.
