Starting Dell System Update
- Boot the system by using the Linux-Based Diagnostic Tools (Dell 12G-14G servers) option.
The Support Live Image desktop is displayed.
- Open the terminal emulator.
- Type su -, and type the default password.NOTE: The default password is dell.
- Type dsu, and press Enter. The comparison report with various options is displayed.NOTE: For more information on using DSU, see the Dell System Update User's Guide in the User_Guides_and_Release-Notes folder available on the Support Live Image desktop.
