Upload and install ThinOS 9.x application packages using Admin Policy Tool
Steps

Go to the Admin Policy Tool on the ThinOS client.
The Configuration Control | ThinOS window is displayed.
- Click Advanced.
- In the Firmware field, click Application Package Updates.
- Browse and upload the packages from USB drive.
- Expand the category of the package and select it.
- Verify and ensure that the switch option of the category is INSTALL.

Save & Publish.
The application packages are installed and the thin client restarts.
