Dell Technologies is pleased to announce that thanks to our fantastic customers, Dell HCI has been recognized as a March 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI). There is nothing more important to us than our customers, and so our team understandably takes great pride in this distinction.

In its announcement, Gartner explains, “The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.” To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognizing vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate.

For this distinction, a vendor must have a minimum of 50 published reviews with an average of 4.6 out of 5 stars or higher in the past year. With more than 80 verified published reviews of Dell VxRail and VxFlex, we feel confident that we are meeting our continued commitment to delight customers with HCI and software-defined storage (SDS) solutions.
