Dell recently announced its FastTrack option for quick shipping to get pre-configured popular systems directly to customers as quickly as possible. This program was generated from many ideas including:
- Offer Nextday Delivery
- Delivery Time – Please Reduce.
- Maintain a minimal stock for immediate delivery
We also continue to have dialogue around our Latitude 2100 for the education market. In addition to the ideas below, we are currently highlighting a Lightning Rod for ideas around the Network Activity Light. There is a lot of activity around our 12" laptop market as well. The Vostro 1220 was recently announced as suggested in this idea – smaller screens more available
