Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between you and Dell, the Cloud Subscriptions Schedule to the Commercial Terms of Sale applies to all cloud services offered to customers.

In addition, individual SaaS and cloud-based offerings are described in greater detail below in Service Descriptions, Service Offering Descriptions or Offer Specifications (collectively either " Service Specification" or "Subscription Specification") and/or customer specific Statements of Work, which contain important details regarding your purchase and Dell’s performance of such services.
