Symptoms

FLR 마운트 시도 중에 다음 오류가 나타납니다. 
ERROR: [@(#) Build number: 222] Unable to create NFS export at 'DataDomainHostname:/data/col1/hostname/FLR-proxyhostname.com-38217975-cf5d-46cf-a290-90b317411735': Unable to login while creating NFS export at 'DataDomainHostname:/data/col1/hostname/FLR-proxyhostname.com-38217975-cf5d-46cf-a290-90b317411735': Failed to login to DataDomain service at 'https://DataDomainHostname:3009/rest/v1.0/auth'. A 'POST' method to DataDomain at 'https://DataDomainHostname:3009/rest/v1.0/auth' responded with code 401: Error from DataDomain: '**** Invalid user name or password., code 5094'



Cause

Networker의 Data Domain 리소스에서 관리 호스트 세부 정보가 정확하지 않습니다.

Resolution

NetWorker에서 Data Domain에 대한 관리 사용자 자격 증명을 업데이트합니다.

1. NetWorker 서버의 관리자로 NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에 로그인합니다.
참고: 기본 NetWorker 관리자 계정에 액세스하거나 사용하지 않는 경우 "애플리케이션 관리자" 권한이 있는 다른 NetWorker 사용자 또는 LDAP 계정을 사용할 수 있습니다. 
2. NMC Enterprise 화면에서 복원을 수행하는 NetWorker 서버에 연결합니다.
3. 작업 표시줄에서 Devices 버튼을 클릭합니다.
4. 확장된 왼쪽 탐색 창에서 Data Domain Systems를 선택합니다.
5. 오른쪽 세부 정보 창에서 Data Domain 시스템을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 속성을 선택합니다.
6. NSR Data Domain Properties 창 액세스 섹션에 관리 사용자 및 관리 암호를 입력합니다. 
참고: 관리 사용자에게 DD 관리자 권한이 있어야 합니다. 이는 Data Domain Web Management 사용자 인터페이스에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 기본 관리자 계정은 sysadmin입니다.
 
           7. OK를 선택하여 변경 내용을 저장합니다.
