Symptoms

在嘗試 FLR 掛載時，會出現下列錯誤： 
ERROR: [@(#) Build number: 222] Unable to create NFS export at 'DataDomainHostname:/data/col1/hostname/FLR-proxyhostname.com-38217975-cf5d-46cf-a290-90b317411735': Unable to login while creating NFS export at 'DataDomainHostname:/data/col1/hostname/FLR-proxyhostname.com-38217975-cf5d-46cf-a290-90b317411735': Failed to login to DataDomain service at 'https://DataDomainHostname:3009/rest/v1.0/auth'. A 'POST' method to DataDomain at 'https://DataDomainHostname:3009/rest/v1.0/auth' responded with code 401: Error from DataDomain: '**** Invalid user name or password., code 5094'



Cause

在 Networker 的 Data Domain 資源中，管理主機詳細資料不正確。

Resolution

更新 NetWorker 中 Data Domain 的管理使用者認證：

1.以 NetWorker 伺服器系統管理員身分登入 NetWorker 管理主控台 （NMC）。
注意：如果您無法存取或使用預設的 NetWorker 系統管理員帳戶，則可以使用其他具有「應用程式系統管理員」許可權的 NetWorker 使用者或 LDAP 帳戶。 
2.從 NMC Enterprise 畫面，連線至執行還原的 NetWorker 伺服器。
3.按一下工作列上的 [Devices] （裝置） 按鈕。
4.在展開的左側導覽窗格中，選取 Data Domain 系統。
5.在右側詳細資料窗格中，以滑鼠右鍵按一下 Data Domain 系統，然後選取屬性。
6.在 NSR Data Domain Properties 視窗存取區段中，輸入管理使用者和管理密碼。 
注意：管理使用者應具有 DD 管理員 許可權。您可以從 Data Domain Web Management 使用者介面確認。預設的系統管理員帳戶為 sysadmin。
 
           7.選取「OK」以儲存變更。
