Symptoms

어플라이언스 중 하나에서 데이터 수집이 실패할 경우 다중 어플라이언스 설정에서 부분 데이터 수집이 발생할 수 있습니다.
이 경우 데이터 수집 상태가 'PARTIAL'이고 PowerStore Manager UI에서 다운로드할 DC를 선택할 때 다음 스크린샷에서와 같이 "Support material not available for download"라는 메시지가 표시됩니다.

Cause

근본 원인은 'partial'의 'dc_status'가 지원되지 않는 데이터 수집에 대해 다운로드됩니다.

Resolution

부분 데이터 수집 번들을 다운로드하려면 서비스 도커의 명령줄에서 'scp'를 사용합니다.

부분 데이터 수집이 있는 어플라이언스의 서비스 도커에서 다음을 수행합니다.

  1. 아래와 같이 'svc_dc 목록'을 실행하고 다운로드할 데이터 수집을 식별합니다.
[SVC:service@ABCDEF-B ~]$ svc_dc list

start_timestamp id status dump description profile appliances

  1. 루트로 상승합니다. 
  2. /cyc_var/cyc_service/data_collection/로 이동하여 아래와 같이 데이터 수집을 타겟 위치로 'scp'합니다.
root@ABCDEF-A:/home/service/user>cd /cyc_var/cyc_service/data_collection

root@12DYX23-A:/cyc_var/cyc_service/data_collection> sudo scp -oStrictHostKeyChecking=no -r ./ada70ce2-c898-42a4-8bd2-acb9470d845a cyc@10.244.127.37:/home/cyc/bugs/debug
